Responsible to prepare Delivery Orders and Invoices - Answer phone calls - Handle customer enquiries - Co-ordinate daily sales activities with Sales and Service department - Liaise with customers for delivery arrangements - Assist in preparing of monthly reports - Filing of documents - Assist in any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time Requirements - Qualification : SPM / Diploma or above - Required language : English and Bahasa Malaysia - Must be computer literate : Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point - At least 2 years of working experience in clerical - Experience in Auto Count system will be added advantage
