**; Requirements**:
- Lead cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements from telecommunications stakeholders and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement complex EAI solutions using Oracle AIA, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Oracle Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and Oracle ESB.
- Architect and implement integration solutions that are scalable, resilient, and aligned with telecommunications industry best practices.
- Perform advanced data transformation, validation, and enrichment to ensure accuracy and quality of data exchange across systems.
- Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot integration processes, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate closely with QA teams to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for integration solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, interfaces, and technical specifications.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and advancements in EAI and Oracle integration technologies.
- Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and training to junior developers and other teams as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an EAI Developer, with a strong focus on telecommunications projects.
- Extensive proficiency in Oracle AIA, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Oracle Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and Oracle ESB.
- In-depth understanding of telecommunications processes, protocols, and data structures.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions for complex systems.
- Advanced problem-solving skills with a track record of efficiently diagnosing and resolving integration challenges.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards related to data integration and telecommunications.
- Familiarity with other integration tools and technologies is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in EAI, Oracle integration, or telecommunications are a strong asset.
