**General Description**:
As a QC Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring that aligners meet strict quality standards. QC accordingly with the approved treatment plan.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform quality assessments on all incoming aligners from factory / lab based on approved treatment plan.
- Reject all aligners that fail to meet quality expectations. Such as defect on the aligners, aligners received different with approved treatment plan.
- Ensure all aligners zero defect before sending out to patients.
- Label patients name and set number for those qc passed aligners based on standards.
- Ensure all aligners that send back for trim or polish due to sharp, button cut out, elastics hook cut, and etc to arranged with full details to lab team to proceed as soon as possible.
- QC failed aligners to separate it out for investigation or remake.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in working area, including clearing any waste daily.
- Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when required by the Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
