Cheras, Malaysia Dr Clear Aligners Full time

**Responsibilities**:
1) Support all administrative issues
- Case Submission
- Treatment Plan follow up
- Create Treatment Plan overview (PDF)
- Send Treatment Plan to QC
- Send to Person In Charge when Treatment Plan approved
- Request modification if needed
- Spreadsheet /Portal Update
- Aligners Ordering

2) Coordinate with clinic for available slots, appointment booking and patients' attendance status

3) Liaison with customers on transport arrangement for goods delivery and generate delivery orders
- QC and packing products
- Update all necessary records

4) Perform stock take on a monthly basis to ensure accurate stock inventory in the warehouse; to rectify the problem should any discrepancies occur.

5) Generate daily/monthly report

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience is preferred. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. Mandarin proficiency would be mandatory to deal with Mandarin speaker clients and partners.
- Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and with people of all levels
- Meticulous and possess positive attitude
- Good sense of urgency
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Able to work under pressure and mínimal supervision.
- Proficient in computer skills - MS Word, Power Point & Excel
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
