**We are looking for Assistant HR & Admin Executive to join us**
- **5.5 DAYS WORK PER WEEK**:

**Job Requirement**:

- Performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents into an electronic system, and making copies of documents.
- Performs office clerical duties in support of an assigned; receives and directs telephone calls and visitors.
- Provides information, referrals, and assistance to other departments in reference to assigned area of responsibility.
- Provides applicable forms to the staff as needed; types, word processes, and proofreads a variety of documents.
- Orders, receives, and organizes materials and supplies (stationaries)
- Drafting letters and memos to staff members and customers, as directed by supervisor.
- Assist with maintaining office facilities in splendid condition, ensuring that the stationeries and pantry are restocked weekly.
- Other ad-hoc duties.

**Job Requirement**:

- At least 2 years working experience
- Qualification - at least diploma in any field

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)
