- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain records of employees.
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Ensuring smooth On-Boarding process for new joiners including co-ordination on orientation and update records of new staff.
- Liaising with the office administration in preparing the necessary equipment's computer stationeries, workstation, etc) for new hires.
- Responsible to prepare and compile monthly and quarterly reports on general HR activity.
- Assist in setting up training programme and events as required.
- Conduct & Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Working with HOD on HR related matters
- Provides HR support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Undertake other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

**Salary**: Up to RM2,800.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
