**DRIVER & PERSONAL ASSISTANT**

**SKOP KERJA**:
**-Pemandu kepada Pengarah dan keluarga.**

**-Membantu Pengarah dengan tugas pentadbiran harian seperti yang diberikan dan menyelesaikan pelbagai tugas pentadbiran.**

**-Menguruskan jadual Pengarah : Menyusun jadual harian, perjumpaan, dan perjalanan untuk pengarah.**

**-Mengiring Pengarah ke mesyuarat, janji temu dan sesuatu majlis dengan selamat.**

**-Mengambil nota dan agenda mesyuarat dengan tepat dan komprehensif.**

**-Menyediakan minit mesyuarat, laporan dan dokumen berkaitan.**

**-Menjalankan urusan pemandu bagi urusan kerja dan urusan peribadi majikan. (Membawa majikan ke pejabat, ke kampung, menghantar dan mengambil anak majikan sekolah atau membawa keluarga majikan bercuti dan lain-lain.**

**-Sentiasa memastikan keselamatan Pengarah dan mereka yang menaiki kenderaan yang dipandu & kenderaan yang disediakan berada dalam keadaan baik, bersih & selamat untuk diguna.**

**-Membantu semua hal berkaitan kerja dan urusan peribadi Pengarah seperti servis kenderaan, renew roadtax, urusan surat menyurat, dan lain-lain.**

**-Pengetahuan dan kemahiran dalam pemasaran media sosial adalah bonus.**

**-Tugas tambahan: Melaksanakan tugas-tugas tambahan seperti penyelidikan, penganalisisan data, dan projek khas yang diberikan oleh Pengarah.**

**-Bersedia menerima arahan dari masa ke semasa.**

**KELAYAKAN**:
**-Minimum memiliki Diploma.**

**-Umur di bawah 35 tahun.**

**-Mempunyai lesen memandu B2 & D serta rekod pemanduan yang baik.**

**-Mahir jalan di seluruh Malaysia.**

**-Pengalaman sebagai driver & pembantu peribadi sekurang-kurangnya (1) tahun.**

**-Kemahiran pemikiran kritis yang sangat baik untuk menyelesaikan masalah dan kemahiran menganalisis.**

**-Mengekalkan penampilan profesional dan sikap positif semasa berinteraksi.**

**-Kemahiran komunikasi, organisasi dan pengurusan masa yang sangat baik.**

**-Keupayaan untuk mengekalkan privasi dan kerahsiaan.**

**-Mempunyai sikap yang positif, proaktif, menepati masa, sabar dan kesihatan yang sihat.**

**-Bebas dari sebarang rekod jenayah.**

**-Keutamaan diberikan bagi mereka yang tinggal berdekatan Sri Rampai/Setapak.**

**GAJI**:

- RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 sebulan**
**- Full-time, Contract**

**JADUAL KERJA**:

- Day Shift/Night Shift (Waktu tugasan akan berubah mengikut keadaan/keperluan)**
**- Bersedia bekerja lebih masa, pada hujung minggu & pada cuti am**
**- On call**

**ALAMAT TEMPAT KERJA**:
**Lokasi : Area Sri Rampai, Setapak.**

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
