DepartmentProduct Management- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationMalaysia - Kuala LumpurThe Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. - Actively engage with the local management team for long term and sustainable product solutions that best suit the local market
- Proactively explore and extract potential product solution in sync with market business strategy
- Design and implement integrated product solution under dynamic working environment
- Initiate and collaborate with both local and regional product teams to continuously review and enhance the current product usability, functionality and performance
- Define user stories and prioritisation of the backlog and collaborate closely with product design, QA (Quality Assurance), and engineering teams to drive solutions in ensuring product deliverables and timelines are met
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to map and translate emerging customer requirements and develop them into detailed product specifications and business and functional requirements
- Take end-to-end ownership of the product, from ideation, design, feature prioritisation, development, UAT(User Acceptance Testing), and go-live, to post-launch improvements and future iterations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or related technical field
- At least 4-5 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management or Technology Consulting
- Prior experience in the fintech or food delivery industry is a plus
- Independent in drawing wireframes, crafting BRDs and designing test cases in a product capacity
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Well verse in both English and Malay, both written, verbal and fluency in Mandarin is a plus to communicate with various stakeholders
- Highly goal-driven and able to work well in dynamic environments
- Has strong passion in the eCommerce, fintech or online food delivery industry
