**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and manage walk-in customers, assisting with sales and order processing.
- Handle sales inquiries, prepare quotes, invoices, and delivery orders efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate delivery orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Prepare safety documentation required for daily projects.
- Monitor and report inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and availability.
- Upload and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Facebook, Carousell, Eszee, Caterspot, etc., in Singapore.
- Ensure all e-commerce product information, such as pricing and inventory, is current, accurate, and ready for sale.
- Address and resolve e-commerce customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
