Manages the daily operation and administration of the warehouse(s)
- Understand Warehouse Policy and Procedures Guidelines and associated forms. Assists staff, as needed, in following these policies and forms;
- Ensure materials are received, stored, shipped, and reported in accordance with established procedures and Government guidelines/regulations. Travels to field sites to receive and inspect goods delivered directly to the field.
- Maintain a complete, accurate and up-to-date inventory list and stocks.
- Maintain an accurate, complete and up-to-date asset register and inventory list.

Conduct regular physical counts of assets and inventory.

**Qualifications & Preferred Skills **(Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities)

Minimum Requirements:

- Education : Diploma / Bachelor degree (Economics/Business Administration desired)
- Minimum of 2 years successful experience.
- Very good computer skills in Microsoft office (other systems desired)
- Excellent verbal (written) & oral communication skills both (Bahasa Malaysia & English)
- Good verbal (written) & oral communication skills in Bahasa Malayia & English
- Able to communicate complex issues in a concise, accessible and engaging way.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, manage time and prioritise work to deadlines.
- Well-developed organizational and planning skills.
- Punctuality and respect for rules and procedures.
- Comfortable in planning and delivering multiple activities under pressure.
- Must be able to maintain highest level of confidentiality regarding work-related information and data.

**Job Types**: Contract, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
