1. Well-organized with strong attention to detail

2. Working knowledge of MS Office

3. Any degree or diploma in Business, administrative or related education.

4. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia / Bahasa English (Mandarin. will be a plus)

5. Team player with a pleasant personality

**Responsibilities**:
1. Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations

2. Manage office supplies and bills

3. Organise and file daily documents

4. To ensure accurate, prompt and up-to-date system entry.

5. Responsible to liaise with Purchasing / Store / Sales department etc.

6. Carry out tasks as assigned by head of department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
