Training all staff to use coffee machines
- Teaching staff to construct all beverages, including seasonal specialty beverages
- Training staff in basic coffee knowledge
- Work with staff to improve speed, efficiency, cleanliness and quality on bar
- Emphasize customer service above all, and maintaining company wide hospitality standards
- Work with staff to improve beverage presentation and latte art
- Work with Area Manager to further develop and build training program
- Work with Outlet Manager to schedule training for all new hires
- Regularly check in at all outlets to support, and ensure quality standards are being adhered to
- Provide support at all equipment installs
- Assist with quality control/recipe assessment and development

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
