Business Development Manager

**Business Development Manager - Workplace Banking** **-** **(**230001ES**)**
- The overall purpose of this role is to drive workplace banking business through sign up of corporate schemes and proactively grow and deepen relationship with existing workplace banking customers.
- Primary focus of customer acquisition through corporate roadshows, teleconsulting and through referrals
- To build relationship with key referral partners within the Bank to ensure constant and quality leads are obtained for corporate pitching
- Cross-sell client value proposition to acquire new to bank customers, in partnership with Branches and other business units
- Responsible to manage and grow relationships with existing and new potential customers
- To effectively and promptly handle customer queries and complains
**Qualifications**
- Tertiary Education, preferably Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum working experience of 1 year is required
- Strong relationship building skills, ability to engage and build rapport with external stakeholders
- Mature to handle the emerging affluent market segment
- Able to anticipate client requests/needs and resolves queries in a timely manner
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team with peers and product partners to achieve collective goals
- Willing to travel
- Efficient in MS Office Suite
