Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain office and inventory levels
- Maintain records and files
- Provide general administrative support to sales person as needed
- Able to do book keeping
- Issue quotation, invoice and receipts to customers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1.5 year of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable to change
- Working hours: 5 days a week, 9 am to 6 pm
- Office location at Bayan Baru, Penang

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
