Responsible and assist of the Human Resource functions, which include recruitment, payroll, administration, and any other HR related matters.
Responsible for timely processing of payroll and related reports for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, Socso, LHDN, etc.
Monitor and process timely on staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, salary adjustment, appraisal etc.
Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
Update and maintain employee data/personal files (hard & soft copy) in system based on employee actual data and document.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Responsible in administrative matters.
Any ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of working experience in HR & Admin field is required for this position.
Must have good communication skills and excellent organization skills
Possess good interpersonal and presentation skills
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia
Required Skill(s): Payroll, Administration, Training & Recruitment.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Working day : 5.5 Days Sun-Thursday, Sat Halfday, Friday Off
