- Implementing HR strategies and programs that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee employee relations and compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company policies while promoting a fair and inclusive work environment.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for both the organization and its employees, driving HR initiatives that contribute to overall business success and employee satisfaction.
- Handling staff disciplinary issue and providing solutions on issues raised.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field with the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledgeable with Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relation Act 1967 is a must.
- Degree in Law/Human Resource Management or related background study.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
