Providing clerical and administrative support to HR Executive & Housekeeping supervisor pertaining housekeeping activities.
- To assist, coordinate with housekeeping staff/cleaners and maintain cleanliness standards at the optimum possible.
- To ensure cleaning equipment, pantry supplies, production overcoat, hair cover & mask is well maintained and top up regularly.
- To assist & arrange for laundry services
- Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
- Answer telephone calls and provide needed information.
- To liaise with any relevant Government Department and Local Authorities assist any matter relating auditing
- To assist payroll calculation for sub-contractor that providing cleaning services in company.
- To assist collection data for housekeeping monthly management report
- Any ad-hoc assignment from time to time.
**Job Requirements**
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiarity with Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and Malaysia regulations
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
