**Industry : Fabrication Piping & Structured for Oil & Gas Industry**

**Location : Pasir Gudang, Johor**

**Working Day / Hours : Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc
- Provides clerical support to the HR department.
- Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
- Monitor the attendance of workers and responsible to collect the attendance from the Machine
- Perform others duties as assigned

**Requirements and skills**
- SPM Leavers and Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- **Able to speak Mandarin and English as you need to liaise with HQ at China**

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
