Company Background:
We are representing an oil & gas client that based in Pasir Gudang, Johor. Currently they are looking for Admin Assistant to join them
**Job Description**:
- Health, Safety and Environmental requirements shall be met in all activities. You are responsible for ensuring that you are working safely, that you have the appropriate tools and equipment for the job, and that you protect the environment and fellow employees. You shall take this responsibility seriously and work towards continual improvement.
- Adapt at managing administrative activities involving purchase/rental of office equipment.
- Handling & managing all contracts, billing, quotations related to the rental of office equipments, communications, accommodation, vehicles etc.
- Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles etc.
- Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees
- Responsible for hotel & travel arrangements for staffs, clients & foreign delegate
- Acting as info-hub for providing administration related information like general admin, courier service, entry pass etc.
**Requirements**:
- At least Diploma/Degree in any field
- Possess 1-2 years working experience in Admin
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Start with 3 months contract renewable and possible to absorb as permanent staf.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
