HR & Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Able to handle employee disciplinary related issues.
- Update and monitor all training records accordance with ISO requirements.
- Workers disciplinary, misconduct investigation and grievance handling.
- Assist in coordination of any corporate HR initiatives.
- Take care of employees' welfare & benefit (assist in company events, etc.).
- Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organization skill with ability to prioritize tasks.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proactive, independent and teamwork.
- Able to commence work immediately.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
