HR Assistant/administrative Assistant

Provide general administrative support such as visitor pass, access card, face id registration and any duty assigning by Superior.
- To manage and monitor distribution of company uniform and stock balance
- To ensure data and records are kept up to date include all the expenses, medical claim, Employee referral claims, SOCSO claim, panel clinics bills and payment receivable are update properly and accuracy.
- Compiling and update employee records such as leaves and attendances.
- Support HR organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
- Answer telephone calls and provide needed information.
- To manage company administration, discipline, security, and foreign workers works.
- To liaise with any relevant Government Department and Local Authorities.
- Providing clerical and administrative support to HR Executive.
- Any ad-hoc assignment from time to time.
**Job Requirements**
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiarity with Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and Malaysia regulations
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,400.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
