To assist matters related to the employment of foreign workers (example, FOMEMA, insurance, work permit renewal and etc).
- To ensure the work permit/employment and etc for the foreign worker is active.
- To ensure typhoid vaccine for all employees (foreign & local) still relevant.
- To assist with dealing and managing the foreign worker attitude.
- To assist with administration duties.
- To assist with monitoring hostel to fulfil the law compliance, transportation arrangement, handling of workers grievance.
- To control of safety shoes, uniform and etc.
- To maintain and update accurate employee data and personnel information.
- To ensure proper recording and filing of all admin documentation.
- To undertake any ad-hoc project or any other related task that may be assigned to you from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Those with working exposure in manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and good communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented person

**Job Type**: Contract
