Asst HR Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- To implement Human Resource procedures / policies and oversee the overall Human Resource & Admin. functions for the company.
- To prepare payroll, and ensure timely contributions for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.
- Plan and review overall Manpower.
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
- Support employee relations initiatives and provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
- Review performance appraisal standards for each job position, including job scope and KPIs.
- Oversee and monitor full spectrum of office administration matters
- Any other jobs assigned by the superior.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years experiences in human resource.
- Basic knowledge of Labor Laws.
- Computer skills - MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Language ability**:MANDARIN**(is a must) English, Malay.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 5 years (required)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (required)
