HR & Admin (Payroll)

**Responsibilities**
- To process monthly payroll including statutory submissions and yearly EA Forms.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, analysis and ensure obtained approvals and signatories as required for payroll-related documents.
- Ensure all online salary transactions are uploaded and approved by the designated authorized signatories on a timely basis.
- Ensured payroll related documents properly maintained for internal and external audit purpose.
- Knowledge in Employee Relations, Labour Law and Employment Act.
- Ensure personnel files are well organized, maintained and keep up-to-date in system.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letter, monitor contract expiry.
- Handle employee resignation.
- Handle full spectrum of foreign workers management.
- Assist all the immigration and administration related work for foreign workers.
- Prepare foreign worker employment contract and conduct employee boarding, including passport administration, hostel registration, and related foreign workers welfare.
- Responsible for managing and updating foreign workers profile and information within the foreign worker master file.
- To be responsible for the overall condition of hostels and carry out inspection to ensure the hostels are well maintained.
- To be responsible for the management of inventory for all hostel equipment.
- Able to provide emergency support for workers in hostels, including being on-call after working hours and days.
- To assist in employee welfare such as sending workers to clinics / hospital for medical check-up etc.
- To compile and monitor monthly utilities bills.
- Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Have working experience in Manufacturing or similar industry.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proactive, independent and teamwork.
- Responsible and willing to follow instructions.
- Familiar in **I - Flexi HRMS system** would be an added advantage.
- Have driving license and must have own transport.
- Able to work in Pasir Gudang.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
