Job Responsibilities:
- Advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process
- Orientating new employees and monitoring employee performance.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format
- Assisting in payroll processing
- Preparing Petty Cash Claim and Admin Matter
- Ad-Hoc Duties Assigned by Supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Trilingual ability is an added advantage (ENG/BM/中文)
Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the management
**Job Types**: Full-time, New-Grad
**Salary**: RM3,100.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
