**As the Human Resources and Administrative (HRA) Manager,** responsibilities include guiding, coordinating, and managing HR services and administrative activities. This entails developing plans, overseeing recruitment, training, talent management, policies, and department management. Other duties involve formulating HR strategy, compensation and benefits, employee relations, foreign manpower, payroll, compliance, and audits.

**We're looking for someone with**:
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Knowledge of the Employment legislation, Industrial Relations Act, prevailing HRA practices, Sedex, ILO standard, Foreign worker management policy, SOCSO, EPF, Payroll operation and other relevant statutory acts.
**Salary**: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
