Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
- Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs, and provide support for employee training and development initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Assist in the management of employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Act as a resource for employees on HR-related topics and provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- Manage employee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance and support for performance improvement efforts.
- Administer employee benefits, and compensation, and ensure they are compliant with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to ensure effective
- HR support and alignment with overall business goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, including personnel files, employee data, and performance metrics

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
