Human Resource Assistant Manager- Johor

Job Description Header
- Responsible for People Management portfolio which includes people acquisition, HR Digital, Employer Branding and Rewards Management, Learning & Development campaigns and activities.
- To collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders and GPC for workforce requirement and strategize action plan to close gaps which includes but not limited to develop job description, sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of employees.
- Act as a People Management advisor in right work culture building; driving alignment, active stakeholder engagement and embrace best practices.
- Act as employer ambassador and collaborate with GPC on Company’s digital platform to reinforce awareness and social branding to attract and build multi discipline talent pool.
- To ensure People Management portfolio activities are implemented compliant to SOP.
- Responsible to plan and implement Learning and Development initiatives collaborating with GPC on all local L&D program to ensure effectiveness and impact.
- Responsible to oversee accurate monthly payrolling preparations which includes fair and equitable rewards implementation to the appropriate workforce target group.
- Responsible for annual departmental budget preparation and monitoring.
- Drive continuous improvement in all area in People Management’s purview including active engagement with GPC.
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirement
- Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management / Development or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of related HR working experiences in any of these areas:
- Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Mobility, Compensation.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Good written and oral communication including interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge on L&D.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
**Salary**: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Human resources: 5 years (preferred)
