Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment_
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
- Completing paperwork for new hires
- Training_
- Annual training plan preparation
- Sourcing suitable training course according to Annual Training Plan (ATP)
- Adjust ATP schedule timely according to training provider schedule
- Control training budget
- Payroll_
- Prepare monthly payroll using payroll software (iFlexi)
- Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
- Others_
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees
- Support Admin activities
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes
- Any ad-hoc task assign by superior or Management
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development.
- Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, self-motivated and independent
**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
