- Responsible for implementation of comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and individual employee development plans.
- Conduct TNA to identify skill gaps and training requirements by collaborating with department heads
- Coordination and managing training registrations, accommodation and transportation bookings, arrangements of food and beverages, cleaning and preparation of training room, and providing necessary assistance to trainers.
- Develop and implement internal audit frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with HR regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Plan and execute internal audits to assess HR processes, data integrity, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and collaborate with external audit teams during compliance audits.
- Identify areas of improvement based on audit findings and develop action plans to address any identified gaps.
- Stay current with HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Support ad-hoc requests within team and external stakeholders within the Company as and when required.
**Job Requirement**:
- Bachelor’s Degree major in Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resources Management / Development, Business Administration or related field
- At least 1+ years of experience as an HR Training and Development Officer or a similar role
- Good understanding of Employment laws and experienced in handling HRD Corp grant/claim submissions are highly preferred.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to speak, read and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and operating knowledge of E-TRIS system.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
