**Role: Account Assistant**
**Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**
**Schedule: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm**
**Location: Sg Buloh, Selangor**
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least Diploma or LCCI Certificate
- At least 1 year working experience in related roles.
- Strong computer skills
- Computer and IT proficiency
- **Mandarin Speaker (Required to communicate with China Supplier/Customer)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
- Preparing statutory accounts.
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Recording and filing cash transactions.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- Invoice processing and filing.
- Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sungai Buloh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
