**Job Description**:
To provide Manufacturing IT support and maintenance in a 24 by 7 Shift which includes but not limited to:

- Maintain SLA for Manufacturing incidents & perform escalation to Level 2 support team when necessary.
- Work with Global team to ensure availability of the Manufacturing Applications through monitoring or by attending to system alerts.
- Provide Level 1 Support on Data center (DC) operations and work with REO on DC utility alerts.
- To monitor routine and scheduled IT related jobs and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Assist IT Manufacturing Support Lead in performing maintenance.
- Maintain IT operations related checklist and documentations.
- Send Passdown report to all Site IT at end of every shift on updating monitoring reports and key incidents reported during the shift.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate or Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
