Inventory Executive

Coordinate the goods movement of assigned customer at a Warehouse to ensure on time delivery and inventory accuracy

**Requirements**:
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**Inventory Control**
- Control inventory levels by reviewing data recorded in tracking system, retrieving data, designing reports and taking corrective actions.
- Maintains historical record keeping by tracing historical records of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records.
- Involved in cycle count and stock count.
- Ensure all discrepancies are investigated and reported accordingly.
- Corrective and preventive actions are to be documented for the discrepancies.
- Prepare reports of the inventory to be reviewed by the manager.
- Liaise with the warehouse to keep track of inventory movements.
- Assist the manager in preparing the inventory for the daily movement.
- Enter inventory movement related to the customer into relevant system Ensure all data entry for inbound and outbound activities are done timely

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**

**Technical**
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in solutions for Contract Logistics
- Specialization in Contract Logistics, E-commerce is an advantage
- Superuser for WMS system
- Able to work in a team
- Very good time management and planning
- Advanced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Project is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills
- Inventory management background
