Accounts Executive

Preparing full set of accounts, ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial report and other related schedules.
- Preparing full set of accounts, which includes Month End Closing and Journal Entry, Trial Balance (TB), Profit & Loss (PL), Balance Sheet (BS), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and payment reconciliation.
- Posting and verify accuracy of all accounting transactions in accounting system.
- Required to prepare reports and ad-hoc assignment given by superior from time to time.
- Perform daily accounting operations, handling full accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets maintenance, Inventory, Costing, all reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Performs monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly creditor payments and arrange the payment of creditors
- You shall assist the Accounting Manager in the preparation of the Monthly Statement of Accounts
- You are responsible for the preparation and submission of Income Tax, EPF and SOCSO Returns monthly and annually
- You shall assist the Accounting Manager in the preparation of the Annual Budget and other accounting analytical statement
- You are responsible for preparing the monthly salary
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when required & assigned by the immediate superior.
- Liaise with financial institutions, auditors, tax agents, and other statutory bodies on accounting and financial-related matters
- To assist in ensuring the company's account complies with the company's policies, procedures, statutory requirements, and tax compliance.
- Knowledge in SQL Accounting will be an added advantage
