**Job Scope**
- Assisting and supports Project Team for tender / quotation preparation.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Must be computer literate.
- To assist on general paper work, documentation and filing.
- To perform any ad-hoc duties.
- Handling E-Commerce Stock Preparation

Job Requirement:

- Self starter, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Good written and communication skills in English & Malay.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Detail oriented and strong analytical skill
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- General accounting knowledge and training will be provided.
- knowledge in inventory and basic accounting.
- SPM/STPM/Diploma
- Possess strong interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
