To assist CSUP acting as Cargo Operator, executing watches in CCR - To understand the operation of the cargo and ballast systems. - To be fully familiar with rules, regulations and work procedures applicable to the task to be executed - Monitoring, controlling and logging imported and produced oil loading and distribution on board as instructed by the CSUP or by the OIM - Familiar with the PTW System - Monitoring, controlling and executing export oil discharge as instructed by CSUP - Monitoring, controlling and executing ballast operations as instructed by CSUP - Monitoring and controlling Fiscal Metering Unit operation during export oil discharge - Monitoring and controlling unit trim, draft and hull stresses - Monitoring and recording all safety equipment alarms received in the CCR - Radio communication with the Process Deck as applicable - Radio communication with the Export Tanker as applicable - Radio communication with the Helicopter as applicable - Radio communication with the supply boats as applicable - Act as HLO Assistant when needed - Boat traffic and supply operations are well controlled, carried out efficiently and safely - Maintaining CCR Logbook and storage tank status records - Control people movement - To undertake other job responsibilities as and when required by the Superior.
