**Job Responsibilities：**

1、Responsible for the daily management of the production line of this class, and supervise employees to perform production tasks safely and efficiently;
2、Responsible for managing and coordinating the personnel of each production line on duty, ensuring that the output and quality of the shift meet the standards, and maintaining the on-site 5S, ensuring that the employees wear complete labor insurance, no illegal operations, and no safety accidents;
3、Check on-site safety, sanitation, personnel discipline, etc., record and give feedback on the impact of non-conforming items, and propose corresponding penalties for non-conforming items;
4、According to the requirements of the handover record book of the duty manager, record in detail the quality, equipment, personnel arrangement, plan execution and modification, safety, 5S and other matters in the production process of the shift;
**Job Qualifications**:
1、Educational background: Diploma or above, major in management, engineering or any related field

2、Familiar with the production process, order management, cost control, material management, quality control, equipment management and other knowledge;
3、Familiar with the operation principle of full/semi-automatic equipment;
4、Possess the ability to adapt, master the precautions for crisis management, strong psychological quality, and high safety awareness;
**岗位职责：**

1、负责本班生产线的日常管理工作，监督员工安全高效率地执行生产任务；

2、负责管理、协调当班各条生产线人员，确保当班产量和质量达标，并维护现场5S，确保员工劳保穿戴齐全，无违规违章操作，无安全事故；

3、根据值班经理交接记录本的要求，详细记录当班生产过程中质量、设备、人员安排、计划执行及更改情况、安全、

**任职资格：**

1、教育背景：大专及以上学历，管理类、理工科类相关专业

2、熟悉生产环节，订单管理、成本控制、物料管理、质量控制、设备管理等知识；

3、熟悉掌握全/半自动设备运行原理；

4、具备较强的统计分析能力、文字表达能力，能够及时对生产计划进行合理安排，保证生产工作有序稳定进行；

5、具有较强的责任心，工作严谨认真，讲究实事求是，不弄虚作假，注重调查研究，有较好的事物观察、判断能力；

6、具备应变能力，掌握危机处理防范须知，过硬的心理素质，安全意识高；

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
