Sales Operations Coordinator

Location: Subang Permai, Shah Alam
Job Descriptions:
- Answer to sales enquiry from customers and check availability of machines.
- Issue quotations and follow-up with customer on the status.
- Reserve machines for customers once PO received.
- Coordinate work schedule with technical team.
- Update customer list for any usage extension or return of machines.
- Maintain and organize the file system for sales documents e.g. invoices and quotations.
- In-charge of sales collaterals to ensure stocks are sufficient and ready for sales team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
