Job Overview

The Administrative Executive is a critical role that supports the day-to-day sales operations at ACE EdVenture schools. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

This position involves coordinating sales materials, managing incoming leads, providing administrative support to consultants, and arranging assessments and trials.

  • Coordinate with Sales Assistants to prioritize incoming leads from CRM, calls, and emails.
  • Provide administrative support to consultants in creating pro-forma invoices and other documents.
  • Arrange assessments and communicate with students and teachers involved.
  • Manage documentation and payments from parents to ensure smooth registration confirmation.
  • Coordinate with finance department to verify receipt of payment.
  • Ensure workflow and scope within Sales Department align with company standards.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.

They will also be able to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
