- As a Sales & Project Admin, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales and project management teams.
- You will be responsible for coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Your tasks will include preparing quotations, sales orders, and delivery-related documents.
- You will also liaise with project installers for quotations and coordinate with site supervisors on project progress.
- Collaborating with the sales team to track sales targets, activities, and performance metrics is essential.
- You must have experience in SAP/Oracle System/Ariba/E-Perolehan (Gov).
- Data confidentiality and accuracy are crucial; you will maintain and update databases related to clients, projects, and sales activities.
- You will generate reports and analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making.
- The successful candidate must comply with company rules and regulations and adhere to ISO standards.
- Other duties may be assigned by management from time to time.
