Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to join our team at Automont Gatsby. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our palm estate operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Assist in payroll calculation and petty cash claim processing.
  • Support estate harvesting, manuring, pruning, and expenses payment activities.
  • Prepare daily reports and verify crops output/delivery.
  • Conduct asset/stock count at the estate on a regular basis.

Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to travel outstation for day trips.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
