About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Order Execution Specialist.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of order management and customer service for our Professional Lighting business in Malaysia.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Main customer liaison after PO handover—contact point for customer / product delivery related issues
  2. Provide support to Sales/KAMs in achieving monthly sales targets
  3. Manage customer expectation on product lead times
  4. Assist in related administrative work and the resolution of Accounts Receivable (AR) issues

You will also be responsible for:

  1. Managing and ensuring smooth execution and operation of entire Project Flow (From PO to project invoicing)
  2. Overseeing coordination for Systems & Services (S&S) projects

You will work closely with:

  1. KAMs
  2. Customers
  3. Supply planners
  4. 3rd party logistic partners

Key Skills

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma with 3+ years of customer handling experience and project order execution
  • Proven ability/hands-on experience handling order acquisition and working closely and directly with sales teams
  • Strong understanding of customer order execution cycle
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Speed & execution mindset
  • Systems Savvy in SAP and Excel
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders
