The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for daily office operations at Pipemech Pty Ltd.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities- Provide administrative support for project coordination, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Manage office tasks efficiently, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
