Job Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for daily office operations at Pipemech Pty Ltd.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support for project coordination, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  2. Manage office tasks efficiently, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  3. Act as a liaison between team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
