About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at i-City. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and be proficient in software applications such as Notion. Mandarin speaker is an added advantage.

The role involves providing administrative support to our management team, including scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and task tracking, and assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, handling incoming calls and emails, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
