Office Operations Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.
- Assist in resolving administrative problems and issues.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Managers.
- Maintain office supplies for the department.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is preferred.
- Candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Able to communicate in English at an average level.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
