  5. Project Tracking: Monitor and manage HRDC funding approvals, claims, and progress tracking for successful project implementation.
  6. Team Support: Assist Heads of Departments (HODs) in completing yearly performance appraisals and developing stronger training programs.
  7. Administration: Coordinate office administration tasks, such as managing office supplies and equipment.
  8. Employee Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance and administration team, ensuring a smooth workflow.
