Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
  2. Team Training: Develop and implement training programs for new hires to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively.
  3. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  4. Client Support: Provide support to internal stakeholders and clients regarding fulfillment-related questions and concerns.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • An advanced diploma in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
