College MCS is seeking a highly skilled and specialized Computer Maintenance Technician with expertise in networking, computer repair, WiFi, and CCTV systems to join our team. As a specialist in these areas, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our computer systems and related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other computer peripherals.

2. Install, configure, and maintain networking equipment, including routers, switches, and access points, to ensure reliable connectivity.

3. Perform computer repairs, upgrades, and replacements as needed to keep systems running smoothly.

4. Configure and troubleshoot WiFi networks to ensure optimal performance and security.

5. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems to monitor and secure our premises.

6. Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity and security.

7. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and offering guidance on system usage.

8. Collaborate with IT team members to implement system upgrades and improvements.

9. Document maintenance procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations for future reference.

Qualifications:
I. Diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.

II. Proven experience and expertise in networking, computer repair, WiFi, and CCTV systems.

III. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

V. Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing.

VI. Experience with configuring and troubleshooting WiFi networks and CCTV systems.

VII. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

VIII. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide courteous and helpful technical support to users.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
