Human Resource Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Apprentice. **Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment Assistance**:

- Support in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- **Onboarding and Orientation**:

- Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing materials, scheduling orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Learn to explain company policies and procedures to new hires.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Provide support in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
- Learn to assist in resolving workplace conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
- **Training and Development**:

- Contribute to the coordination of training programs and workshops.
- Assist in maintaining training records and evaluating program effectiveness.
- **HR Administration**:

- Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee files, updating HR databases, and preparing reports.
- Learn to ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
