**Position Overview**:
Handles the inbound freight needs for local and international distribution centers, warehouses, customers and other stakeholders. Strives to minimize overall supply chain costs without compromising quality or reliability of supply. Provides assistance and support for inventory management and performance improvement projects. Serves as liaison between central and regional teams, coordinates demand signals and availability among distribution network tiers, including vendors, consolidation warehouses and distribution centers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Runs and analyzes reports to support inventory management forecasting.
- Monitors logistics to ensure on-time deliveries; identifies and resolves inventory and vendor issues.
- Works with internal and external trucking, delivery, storage and other stakeholders to proactively monitor trucking and delivery schedules to identify and prevent issues.
- Works with internal stakeholders to understand current and anticipated ordering and issues.
- Facilitates advance planning with third-party stakeholders to meet changes in anticipated demand (i.e., due to holidays, demand fluctuation).
- Collaborates directly with teams to resolve demand and replenishment exceptions (i.e. stock outs, excess stock).
- Reviews periodic reports for patterns, trends, and systemic issues.
- Tracks and reports on key metrics on a regular basis.
- Ensures optimal use of processes and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the replenishment system.
- Maintains complete and accurate records of all transactions and projections based on past product movement, record handling, audit protocol, and regulatory documentation.
- Create inbound in SAP and WMS for new shipment received.
- Goods Issuance for out bound.
- Creation of purchase order of various types.
- Shipment clearance.
- Preparing shipment document.
- Tracking order to ensure timely deliveries.
- And other supply chain function.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in manufacturing materials/purchasing environment preferred.
- Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills such as Excel reporting; and have interest in APEX and SAP-generating reports.
- Experience coordinating and/or facilitate corrective action on material administration issues.
- Experience assisting in development and/or enhancements of processes and procedures.
- Ability to adhere to and promote all department and corporate policies and procedures.
- Capable of supporting Logistic Manager on operations activities, tracking of goods movements and generating report for presentation
- Self-motivated with proven ability to operate under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
